The Igbo Community in Ogun state has commiserated with Governor Dapo Abiodun over the death of his father, Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun.
The, Eze Ndigbo and the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Igwe Willy Okonkwo Ejimnkeonye made the expression in a press release in Ifo, Ifo local government of the state.
Ejimnkeonye said PA Emmanuel contributed his quota to the growth of the educational sector in the state before his demise.
The release reads “HRH Igwe Willy Okonkwo Ejimnkeonye, the Eze Ndigbo of Ogun State,and Ohanaeze Ndigbo Ogun state Chapter, on behalf of the entire Igbo Community in Ogun State commiserate with our amiable Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Mfr, the Governor of Ogun State on the demise of his father, Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun.
“We pray God to grant his soul eternal rest. Amen. May the Almighty God in His infinite mercy grant our Governor and the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss in Jesus name.
