Ogun Youth Advocate For Social Development (OGYASD) has felicitated with Muslim faithfuls in the Nation and entirety of Ogun Youth in particular on the occasion of Eid.
In a statement by it’s President, Comrade Alamu Oluseyi in Abeokuta on Thursday, the group urged the Muslim community to embrace total tolerance and prioritise peace above all religious differences, towards sustaining the development and prosperity of the Nation.
His words “We should all learn to imbibe the teachings of Eid- il- Adha celebration beyond funfair as a part of worship to Almighty Allah, by Acting responsibly in the society, being of good character and conduct and preaching unity against all diversity.
“Promoting peace and humanitarian development are also part of the the lesson taught by the practice of Eid celebration – Comrade Alamu Oluseyi said.
Alamu appreciated the sincere cooperation of Ogun Youth so far towards an agitation for a genuine struggle of justice and development as he pledge further unrelenting commitment towards the service.
The president of OGYASD equally sues for a good conduct during and after sallah fiesta and wishes Nigerians, home and abroad; in particular, The a wonderful celebrations of Eid.
