
A former Councillor of Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon. Mustapha Kodaolu Olajide at the weekend officially declared his intention to run Chairmanship race in Abeokuta South Local Government.
He made his declaration at Iso Eran, Itoko Abeokuta.
Mustapha, popularly known as MKO is amongst over 20 aspirants who are jostling for the number one seat at the local government level on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The aspirant while declaring before a large crowd submitted that he is ready to support the Governor’s vision for the good people of Abeokuta South.
He promised if elected to continue the excellent work started by the transition committee under the
leadership of Hon. Ayodeji Shomide and also recreate an image of Abeokuta south industry,
hard work, integrity and dedication to duty that it consistently uphold.
His words” My agenda is designed in the most simplified manner tagged “MKO DEVELOPMENT AGENDA”
Mko Development Agenda is a PLAN divided into Many categories and each with its goals; Such as Education development programs, Youth empowerment and support programs, Women empowerment and support programs, the elderly empowerment and support programs.
Others are: Agricultural Development Programs, Communities intervention programs, Special aid programs that supports the Artisans and people with disabilities, Solar boreholes to communities with no access to portable water.

when the campaigns officially begins, and they will form the pillars of our visions for our dear local government.
