Realtors in Nigeria have extolled OGIC for changing the narrative in the real estate business sector in the city of Abeokuta.
They said the investment company was bringing luxury, affordability, and uncommon value to the real estate industry in the state.
They made the eulogy at the just concluded real estates sector summit on Saturday the 12 of September,2020 tagged “OGIC Exposition and Training” .
The convener of the summit, Mr Fasina Olajide Paul hinted that the programme’s primary aim is to expose and train Realtors to understand the art of selling properties and closing high tickets deal and also to give the opportunity to forge a partnership that leads to wealth creation with them.
One of the keynote speakers at the event, Mr Oyenekan Victor observed that a lot of Realtors are either misinformed or lack the actual real estate knowledge,which lead clients to being defrauded eventually, he admonished real estate practitioners to build relationships with their potential clients rather than bent on selling properties alone.
Ayo Obisesan, who also spoke, told participants that Estate consultants should not see initial objections from prospective clients as a problem,but rather perceive it as an avenue to sensitize, convince and in them the confidence that their expectations will be met.
The organizer of the event and the CEO of OGIC, implored Realtors in the state to partner with him , boasting that he is a result oriented person and a catalyst who have put in place a reward system that ensures that partner consultants are enumerated handsomely for their services.
At the event, there was presentation of cheques to outstanding Realtors and partners who have made commendable sales in the last few months.
